U toku kalendarske godine priređuje se 20 do 24 autorskih i grupnih izložbi profesionalnih umetnika i udruženja iz zemlje i inostranstva.

U okviru stalne prodajne postavke (unutrašnji deo Malog likovnog salona), koja se povremeno dopunjava i menja, u svakom trenutku, svojim radovima zastupljeno je više od 50 umetnika, različitih poetika i tehnika.

Uslovi za izlaganje u Malom likovnom salonu:

KCNS obezbeđuje izlagačima:

• predstavljanje izložbe na 12 stranica u jednom od dva zbirna štampana kataloga sa godišnjim pregledom izložbi u MLS, plakat i elektronske pozivnice,
• medijsku podršku,
• bezalkoholna pića na otvaranju izložbe,
• tehničku podršku pri postavljanju izložbe,
• honorar autoru izložbe (3,500.00 dinara),
• honorar autoru teksta u katalogu (3,500.00 dinara),
• foto-dokumentaciju sa otvaranja.

KCNS ne snosi putne troškove autora i troškove transporta radova.

Radove koji će biti izlagani potrebno je dostaviti u galeriju na dan otvaranja ili prethodni petak (sve izložbe se otvaraju ponedeljkom), a postavka izložbe počinje istog dana u 10.00 ili uz dogovor.

Autor je u obavezi da preuzme svoje radove do dana postavljanja sledeće izložbe.

Radovi se mogu zadržati u depou do 5 radnih dana, nakon toga KCNS ne odgovara za bezbednost istih.

Ukoliko autor povodom postavke izložbe postavi zahteve koji ne spadaju u uobičajene uslove izlaganja (bojenje zidova, bušenje zidova, stavljanje pregrada…) dužan je da snosi sve troškove vraćanja prostora u prvobitno stanje, uz prethodno pribavljanje saglasnosti KCNS.

During the calendar year, we organize 20 to 24 individual and group exhibitions of professional artists and associations from the country and abroad.

More than 50 artists of different poetics and techniques are represented by their works in the permanent sales display (in the second part of gallery Mali likovni salon).

Conditions for exhibiting in the gallery Mali likovni salon:

Cultural center of Novi Sad (CCNS) provides exhibitors with:

• presenting the exhibition on 12 pages in one out of two printed group catalogs reviewing the yearly program of MLS, poster and electronic invitations,
• media support,
• soft drinks at the opening of the exhibition,
• technical support when setting up the exhibition,
• fee to the author of the exhibition (3,500.00 dinars),
• fee to the author of the text in the catalog (3,500.00 dinars),
• photo-documentation from the opening.

CCNS does not bear the author’s travel expenses and the costs of transporting the works.

The works that will be exhibited must be delivered to the gallery on the day of the opening or the previous Friday (all exhibitions open on Mondays), and the installation of the exhibition begins on the same day between 9.00 and 10.00 or by agreement.

The author is obliged to collect their works by the day of opening of the next exhibition.

The works can be kept in the depot for up to 5 working days, after which CCNS is not responsible for their safety.

If the author sets requirements that do not fall within the usual exhibition conditions (painting walls, drilling walls, putting partitions…), they are obliged to bear all the costs of restoring the space to its original state, with the prior approval of CCNS.
